A 1086 for a customer, and a 1468 for my son... with a cab.

It's been a while since I've updated... I have another tractor in the shop. The first one is headed to Pennsylvania. It will be an IH 1066 AWD turbo charged diesel...
The second one is actually for my son. He has landed on having me build an IH 1468 with a cab! I haven't done a cab yet, I think I've figured most of it out... :)
Here is my scaled drawing of the final machine...
I'm not going to work very fast on this one, as time and money allows. Maybe she'll be done by summer... maybe not.

I brought my son Eli down to help "build" his tractor...

 I wasn't listening to instruction's very well... :)

Eli even ran the impact wrench...
 Eli inspecting his work...
A boy and his tractor... well... soon to be tractor.
She's starting to look like a tractor...

 Cub Cadet fenders...

 All hand built
 Dummy planetary
 Final assembly

 Custom built drawbar

More later, Kurt
